Hanging protocols

Write a custom Javascript function to automatically set your annotation tool's layout and viewing settings. Using Hanging protocols, you can standardize the viewing workflow/layout for all members of your team. Here is a list of some of the parameters you can define:

1. Layout dimensions.

2. Display position for a series.

3. Which reconstructed plane to display.

4. View flipping.

5. Intelligent Syncing activation by default.

Other changes

Remove "Large Data Mode" as a layout, this was a performance improvement to only render a single image when a series was larger than approximately 200 slices. Now, even large data will follow the hanging protocol script.
